Viewing Conversations
The Conversations page shows you what your child has been chatting about with AI assistants.
What you'll see
Each conversation entry shows:
- Platform — Which AI assistant was used (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Character.AI)
- Prompt — What your child typed
- Response — What the AI responded
- Time — When the conversation happened
- Flag status — Whether the conversation was flagged for safety concerns
Visibility modes
Conversations have visibility modes that control what you see:

|---|---|
| Full | All conversations, including prompt and response text |
| Alerts only | Only conversations that were flagged for safety concerns |
| Hybrid | All conversations listed, but full text only for flagged ones (others require unmasking) |
Unmasking conversations
In hybrid mode, non-flagged conversations show a summary but hide the full text. You can unmask a conversation to see the full content. Unmasking is logged in the audit trail for transparency.
Conversation timeline
Conversations appear in reverse chronological order (newest first). They typically show up on your dashboard within 1-2 minutes of being captured.
Data retention
Conversations are automatically deleted after 90 days. If you need to save a specific conversation, copy the text before it expires.
